With 30 years of experience in horticulture, viticulture, winemaking, cider, seltzer, and chemical manufacturing, Ross began his career at 18 with an apprenticeship at Pernod Ricard in South Australia, spending seven years mastering production processes.

Now, in 2025, he is embracing what he is calling “my most exciting role as General Manager of TriCal Australia, committed to safety, professionalism, environmental responsibility, and fostering a respectful workplace while driving business growth with the Australian and Global Leadership Teams.”
