
In her role as Global Agroecology and Sustainability Manager for the TriOps team, Joy Youwakim is a technical resource aiding in the growth and development of our international business. Specifically, Joy guides Trical Group's products impacts on soil health and sustainable farming practices. Joy comes to us with an extensive background in agricultural sciences. She worked previously as an agroecology scientist in product development at Biome Makers and Apeel Sciences.
Joy holds a B.A. in economics, a minor in mathematics, and a Master's of Science in Agriculture, Environment, and Sustainability Sciences. She is highly specialized in soil chemistry and microbiology, and how various agricultural soil amendment products affect soil ecology. Joy is fluent in Arabic, Spanish, and English.
